A Sliding Matchbox Sketching Case

In this evening workshop, we’ll prepare a basic sliding box with an extra compartments for a sharpener, erasers, and drawing utensils. The side of the box will have sandpaper affixed to give your pencils an extra sharp point and pay homage to the matchbox structure that provides its namesake.
Bring another artist to create one too!- Sign up with a friend and you each save $10.
Materials will be provided. Box dimensions will be based on standard drawing pencil lengths and the finished box will be-8.5” x 3.5” x 1.5”
If you have a cutting mat, ruler, pencil, utility knife or X-acto/craft blades, please bring them as our studio has limited availability for certain tools.
All Classes are held at Editions, located at 6520 5th Ave S #114 Seattle, WA 98108. Go through the red door (or big white door if it’s open) and turn right past the blacksmiths.

Cancellation Policy
Withdrawals 15 or more days before the beginning of a workshop will receive a full refund of tuition and supply fee, minus a $25 processing charge.
Withdrawals 4-14 days prior to the workshop will receive a 50% refund of tuition and supply fee, minus a $25 processing charge.
No refunds are possible for withdrawals 3 or fewer days in advance of the first day of class, or for no-shows.
Exceptions to this policy are only made for documented medical emergencies.
